Die HIGH PARALLETTES, oder auch P-Bars genannt, sind super für Übungen wie Dips.
Dank dem durchgehenden Standfuß sind sie wesentlich stabiler als Ausführungen, mit 2 getrennten Füßen. Die Breite kannst du dabei individuell auf dich anpassen.
Das flexible System ermöglicht es dir sogar 2 verschiedene Breiten einzustellen.
Beispielsweise für den Fall, dass 2 Personen mit verschiedenen Schulterbreiten an den HIGH PARALLETTES trainieren wollen.
Außerdem kannst du die HIGH PARALLETTES schnell zusammen- oder auseinanderbauen. Daher sind sie auch ganz einfach mitzunehmen oder zu verstauen, wenn du sie grade nicht brauchst.
