Rings are one of the essentials for calisthenics and bodyweight training. Therefore, rings should not be missing from your training equipment if you train a lot with your own bodyweight. The free mobility helps you to develop high stability and body tension - among other things, it also increases the training stimulus for your central nervous system. You can use rings for pull-ups, rowing, dips, muscle ups and much more.
Our rings have some modifications that make your workout more comfortable. The rings have a slightly larger diameter, a carabiner and number markings for hanging and adjusting, and a very comfortable strap length. You can read more about this below.
Our rings have a diameter of 32mm instead of the usual 28mm. This makes the rings very comfortable to hold - you will notice the difference especially during pressing exercises.
Most rings use a fastener, as known from tension belts. This means that hanging and adjusting rings is often nerve-wracking and requires a lot of dexterity. We use carabiners, so you can adjust the rings in seconds.
Our rings have 34 sewn-in loops for perfect adjustment. This way you always have the same length on both sides without having to adjust much.
