With the LIFT, you can perform all exercises with proper technique right from the start, even if you still lack the necessary strength. The LIFT works like this: You attach weights to make yourself lighter, allowing you to adapt your exercises to your own strength level.

This gives you excellent progression and allows you to constantly improve – whether it's your first pull-up, your first muscle-up, or advanced calisthenics exercises like the planche. With the LIFT, anything is possible. Mastering your body has never been easier.

The LIFT is suitable for any static exercise and also for some dynamic exercises where you do not have to rotate around your own axis.

Note: Two different sizes are available. The size refers to the circumference of the hip belt and therefore your hip circumference.

The LIFT essentially defys the laws of physics. It really doesn't matter where you are or what level you're training at. The LIFT can help you do your first pull-up or even help you master the most extreme calisthenics skills.

An example of progression
How to train with the lift

With the LIFT, you can achieve a very subtle progression. This means you work with weights that make you lighter. You gradually reduce this "auxiliary weight."

A simple example: You want to do your first pull-up. You start by adding 15 kg per side. After a few training sessions, you'll be able to do six pull-ups. Then you reduce the auxiliary weight to, say, 12.5 kg per side, and so on.

Only high-quality components

hip belt

The hip belt is equipped with two quick-release buckles, making it easy to put on. Believe us when we say we've tried a lot of different belts. In our opinion, this one is the easiest and most comfortable to use.

Carabiners and pulleys

These carabiners originate from climbing equipment and are also used in mountaineering. They have no sharp edges, which increases the lifespan of the rope. The pulleys feature two ball bearings, ensuring smooth and consistent operation.

ropes

The ropes, also derived from climbing, have a diameter of 8 mm. They are both durable and supple, making them a perfect fit for the pulleys. The ropes are long enough to perform all the exercises, yet short enough to be unobtrusive.
